Gate to the stars

Gate to the stars is inspired by stargate sg1.

However in this Rpg you take on the role of an explorer who discovers a ruined temple in a forest near to his home. After he discovers the temple he finds hidden writings that are in an unfamiliar language with further investigation a hidden room containing a ring on the floor. He enlists help from his fellow explorer friends in his village.
 
They uncover the first stone that they work out to be a key that opens the portal sending them to another planet. Their quest is to find out what and why these portals exsist. Quests will be to find artifacts and scrolls containing the history of that planet, and finding life forms that they can interact with.

So what are the initial ideas. 

To start 50 planets (maps)  some small some large.
A journal system to store planet information. 
50 stones 1 on each map to find, these are for explorer to go to next planet. 
Quest update system explorer will go to a planet find and complete find stone quest they then need to return to their planet through portal and report back to someone.  which will update quest system give some information on next planet. Once this is done they will go through portal to next planet
An in depth story line that's added to with every travel to planets. 
Meet new races who may join the party. They will all have different and unique skills. 
Will be looking to initially have 5 races. 

Development will on this project will be beginning of May 2018.
And I will be looking for some alpha testers as this will be closed development.
